< Very Happy with a Cable Railing System on a New Deck for a Home in Madison, CTCable Railing System Connects Stairs to an Elevated Concrete Slab Patio for a Home in Washington State
A low-maintenance stainless steel cable railing system replaced a rusty iron railing system for a Pacific Northwest craftsmen style home in Bainbridge Island, Washington. There is no better gift to celebrate a wedding anniversary than a high-quality railing system on your deck that she will notice every day. It is worth the price because she will be delighted with the look and you will enjoy working with the AGS staff, who is renowned for providing excellent customer service. They can answer all of your questions about the design, fabrication, and installation process in a very helpful, supportive, and timely manner.
My AGS handrail is worth the price. The Rainier cable railing system with the metal top is a perfect design accent to our home. The low-maintenance stainless steel is far superior to wood alternatives. Most importantly, the AGS staff was very helpful, supportive and timely with the design, fabrication, and installation questions, options and concerns. And this quality product is what I promised my wife since we were married 14 years ago. She is delighted with the product, installation and overall enhancement to our home.
Brandon, Chris and other AGS staff were great to work with. They were open to my personal design needs, minor details, and concerns over the stair AGS handrail measurements and comparison layout calculations I offered. In the end, we were able to agree on the design layout dimensions. Thanks for hearing me out and meeting with me multiple times on the fly. I also appreciate the shop tour and engineering details about the product. Anyway, after signing off on my final design, Chris sent the project out to fabrication. Although I was told to expect a week, you guys knocked it out in 2 days! That was greatly appreciated because I wanted to get the deck and handrail done by Labor Day. Mission accomplished!
The installation of the post and top rails went very well and all the prefab wires fit perfectly. My installer accidentally drilled through the top of the rail, which we needed to fix. AGS offered to fix the drill hole and save the piece. I opted to get a new piece. The piece was done a day after I ordered it. I am really impressed with this kind of support, especially with all the commercial work you guys have. Anyway, I love the product and the service was great.
