Welcome to AGS Stainless. My name is Angelo Toglia and I'd like to take you on a tour of AGS. I'd like to show you what happens to your project once it becomes a job.
From our reception area, you'll be transferred to our sales department.
The only information we need from you is a basic idea of your project. We need a sketch and from there, we'll put an estimate together for you to review. From here - once your project becomes a job, it will be assigned to a designer.
In the design department, they'll take the simple sketch you provided and turn it into a CAD drawing.
This is Dan, one of our designers. He's the one that actually takes your fodler. He takes the drawings you provided and the information and turns it into a CAD drawing.
In this drawing, he will ask for specific point to point dimensions. All you need to do on your part is to fill in the blanks. After this is done, he will put together a scaled CAD drawing for you to review and he will put a railing on it. You will look at it, approve the way the railing looks, and get back to Dan so that we can go into fabrication.
So, this is our warehouse. This is where we stock all the raw materials. We have the marine grade stainless - 316 stainless and everything we maintain in stock.
From here, the very first stage of fabrication is the cutting. Here we have a CNC operated saw to guarantee quality. So, once the product is cut to size as we need it, we come down where we do the post railing and the coping. Here we have the CNC operated milling machine. We have one here and we have one here. What this does is automates everything. It guarantees that the quality is consistent throughout the whole project.
Once we have what we need - all the components, they come together here at the welding stations. And here we have our welders that can take the product and do an incredibly fine jobs of welding. Consistency is what we're looking for. And as you can see, each one has a gorgeous welding. Now, you might notice the stain on the stainless here. We'll show you how we take care of that.
Everything is hand polished. All the welding stains are removed and this is what the final product is going to look like.
Once everything is finished to perfection, it comes to our shipping department. And you can see the nature in which we package everything is to protect stainless. So, when you get it, there will be no scratch marks or gauges or anything like that. Everything gets packaged into boxes that don't exceed thirty five pounds. The jobs go out with either UPS, FedEX, or your favorite carrier or common carrier - whatever is easy for you. Normally, we use UPS. If you like anything else, we can certainly cater to that.
So, in the end, why AGS? Three points: Quality, Timely Delivery, and Customer Service. We certainly look forward to doing your project with you. Thank you.
