Kevin Harris is the Director of Sales & Marketing at AGS Stainless, Inc. (AGS), a railing manufacturer specializing in 100% offsite fabrication of custom railing systems.
Prior to joining AGS, Mr. Harris founded four industry-leading firms, including two information technology companies—one focused on web-based process management tools for Fortune 100 corporations, and another specializing in predictive modeling applications for federal agencies. He also founded a real estate development firm that led the restoration and redevelopment of a historic seaport community’s downtown waterfront, and organized a state-chartered community bank that became the fastest in Washington State history to receive a charter.
Mr. Harris has held multiple national leadership roles within the design and building industry. He served as the 2024 Chair of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) National Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN), a 6,000-member organization, and as the 2023–2024 Co-Chair of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Leading Suppliers’ Council (LSC), representing more than 130 leading architectural product manufacturers and distributors.
He hosts the weekly radio show Designing and Building Your Dream Home, where he shares guidance from award-winning residential architects and custom home builders on construction industry best practices. His forthcoming book, Buying Your Next Home: A Guide to Home Buying, Second Edition, published by NAHB Builder Books, is scheduled for release in February 2026.
